1. Parties and acceptance

1.1 These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between you (the “User”, “you”) and the operator of Squsha, Orkun Karavelioğlu, an individual established in Türkiye (“Squsha”, “we”, “us”). They govern access to and use of the website squsha.com and the services provided through it (together, the “Service”).

1.2 By registering an account or otherwise using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you are authorised to bind that entity, and “you” refers to it.

1.3 Purchases are made through Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”), acting as Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller of record for each transaction, collects payment, issues the invoice, accounts for applicable taxes and processes refunds. The purchase transaction is governed by Paddle’s Checkout Buyer Terms; the Service itself is governed by these Terms.

1.4 The Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy form part of these Terms and are incorporated by reference.

2. Eligibility and accounts

2.1 The User must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in their place of residence if higher.

2.2 Each natural person may hold one account. The email address registered to the account serves as its identifier, and authentication is performed by a single-use code sent to that address or, where the User chooses, by signing in with the Google account that holds that address. The User is responsible for maintaining the security of that mailbox. All activity conducted through the account is attributed to the User.

2.3 The User shall provide and maintain a functioning email address. Authentication codes, receipts and notices concerning the account are sent to it, and no other channel of communication is maintained.

2.4 The account is personal and non-transferable and shall not be shared with or made available to any other person. This does not restrict Consultant Plan subscribers from using reports in the course of work for their own clients.

3. The Service

3.1 The Service accepts a written description of an idea or market from the User, derives a search phrase from it, retrieves evidence from third-party sources — including search results, search-interest data, public discussion, competitor websites and government statistical datasets — and produces a structured report from that evidence by means of an artificial-intelligence language model, subject to programmatic verification. The report and its PDF rendering are stored in the User’s account for 21 days from generation, after which their content is deleted and the report remains listed as expired. The User is responsible for downloading any report it wishes to keep. Under the Consultant Plan or the Satellite Plan, a report may be designated for tracking and regenerated monthly; the reports of a tracked niche are retained for as long as tracking continues, and for 21 days after it ends or is paused.

3.2 The methodology of each report section and its limitations are described on the About page. The User acknowledges those limitations as part of these Terms.

4. Nature of reports

4.1 Reports are informational research output intended to assist the User’s own analysis. They do not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax or other professional advice, and are not a recommendation to undertake, finance, acquire or dispose of any venture, product or asset.

4.2 Without limiting section 4.1, the User acknowledges that:

4.3 Squsha does not warrant that any report is accurate, complete or current, and does not warrant any outcome from reliance on it. Decisions taken on the basis of a report are the sole responsibility of the User. Material defects in a report are addressed in the Refund Policy.

5. Plans, Credits and fees

5.1 Free report

Each new account is entitled to one report at no charge (the “Free Report”). It is researched from the same live sources as a paid report but is a preview: it contains the subset of report sections shown on the Pricing page, is viewable in the web viewer only, and has no PDF rendering, email delivery, client portal or tracking.

5.2 Report Credits

5.3 Consultant Plan

5.4 Satellite Plan

5.5 Prices and taxes

Prices are displayed in the User’s local currency where supported by Paddle, and applicable taxes are added or included as required in the User’s jurisdiction. Paddle issues a receipt for each charge; VAT invoices are available from Paddle on request.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. In summary: unused Credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase; a report that has been generated is not refundable except where materially defective; a subscription may be cancelled at any time but is not refunded pro rata.

7. Intellectual property

7.1 User content. The User retains all rights in the topic and brief submitted and in the reports and PDFs generated from them (together, “Output”). The User may use Output for any purpose, including in the course of business and in work for clients. The User grants Squsha a non-exclusive licence to store, process and transmit User content solely to the extent necessary to operate the Service, including transmission to the processors identified in the Privacy Policy. User content is not used to train any model and is not disclosed to any other user.

7.2 Squsha content. All rights in the Service — including the website, the processing pipeline, the report structure, the scoring methodology, the prompts and the Squsha name and marks — are owned by Squsha. The User is granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. No other right is granted.

7.3 Where Output is published or distributed, the User shall not represent that Squsha endorses the User’s venture, and shall not remove any indication within the Output that a figure is unverified or not measured, or the notice that the report is informational and not advice. Where the User publishes Output or delivers it to a third party, the User is responsible for that publication or delivery, including for any statement in it about a third party.

7A. Consultant Plan: branding and client data

7A.1 Branding. A Consultant Plan subscriber may set a business name and upload a logo to appear on reports, client portals and emails to clients. The User warrants that they are entitled to use that name and logo, and that neither identifies a business the User does not represent. Squsha may remove a name or logo that appears to infringe the rights of another or to impersonate another business.

7A.2 Sending to clients. Where the User enters a client’s name and email address, or enables automatic sending, the User instructs Squsha to email reports to that address on the User’s behalf, including the monthly refreshes of a tracked niche. The User warrants that the client has asked for or agreed to receive them, and shall stop sending to a client who asks not to receive them. Squsha will stop delivery to any address whose holder asks it to.

7A.3 Data processing. In respect of client names and email addresses (“Client Data”) the User is the controller and Squsha is the processor, and this section constitutes the contract required by Article 28 of the GDPR and the UK GDPR and by KVKK Article 12. Squsha shall:

7A.4 Client Data is processed in the jurisdictions stated in section 9 of the Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptable use

8.1 The User shall not:

8.2 Security vulnerabilities should be reported to hello@squsha.com with a reasonable period allowed for remediation before disclosure. Squsha will not pursue action against research conducted in good faith on that basis.

9. Third-party content

9.1 Reports incorporate material obtained from third parties, including search results, public posts, competitor websites and government datasets. Such material remains the property of its respective owners and is reproduced or summarised in the report for the User’s research. Squsha asserts no rights in it and gives no warranty in respect of it. Any use of such material beyond the report is subject to the terms imposed by its owner.

9.2 Reports use YouTube API Services. By using the Service the User agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Market sizing uses the Census Bureau Data API but is not endorsed or certified by the Census Bureau; BLS.gov cannot vouch for the data or analyses derived from its data after the data have been retrieved from BLS.gov; and figures adapted from Statistics Canada data do not constitute an endorsement by Statistics Canada of this product.

9.3 Companies named in reports. Reports name real businesses, typically as competitors, and describe their pricing and features as published at the time of the run. A business that believes a report or a page of this website states something inaccurate about it may write to hello@squsha.com. Squsha will review the statement and, where it is inaccurate, correct or remove it on pages Squsha publishes and take reasonable steps to prevent its repetition in future reports. Naming a business in a report implies no affiliation with, or endorsement by, that business.

10. Availability and modification

10.1 Squsha will use reasonable efforts to keep the Service available and to complete report generation within a few minutes, but the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and no level of availability is guaranteed. The third-party sources on which the Service depends may become unavailable or change their terms, and a section of a report may be reduced or omitted for a given run as a result.

10.2 Squsha may modify, add or withdraw features, including the set of report sections, in the course of developing the Service.

10.3 Should the Service be discontinued in its entirety, Squsha will give at least 30 days’ notice, permit the User to download stored reports during that period, and refund in full any unused Credits and any prepaid subscription period.

11. Term and termination

11.1 By the User. The User may delete the account at any time from Settings. Deletion removes all reports associated with the account. Any unused Credits and any remaining subscription period are forfeited, as stated before deletion is confirmed. Any active subscription is cancelled with Paddle as part of the deletion.

11.2 By Squsha. Squsha may suspend or terminate an account that is in breach of section 8, that Squsha reasonably believes is being used fraudulently, or in respect of which Paddle reports a payment dispute. Reasons will be given unless doing so would facilitate further breach. Where Squsha terminates an account for a reason other than breach by the User, unused Credits and any remaining subscription period will be refunded in full.

12. Warranties and liability

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty that a report is accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose.

12.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Squsha shall not be liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity or data, or for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss arising from any decision taken in reliance on a report.

12.3 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Squsha’s aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service in any period of 12 months shall not exceed the total amount paid by the User for the Service in that period.

12.4 The User shall indemnify Squsha against claims brought by third parties, and the reasonable costs of defending them, to the extent they arise from the User’s breach of section 7A or section 8, from a name or logo the User uploads, or from the User’s publication or delivery of Output to a third party. This section does not apply to a User acting as a consumer.

12.5 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, or affects statutory rights available to the User as a consumer.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

13.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

13.2 If the User is a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, section 13.1 does not deprive the User of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of the User’s place of residence, and the User may bring proceedings in the courts of that place.

13.3 The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute by correspondence before commencing proceedings.

14. Amendments

These Terms may be amended from time to time. The effective date at the top of the Terms indicates the current version. Where an amendment reduces the User’s entitlements or imposes an additional obligation, account holders will be notified by email at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. A User who does not accept an amendment may delete the account before the effective date, in which case unused Credits will be refunded.

15. General provisions

15.1 These Terms, together with the documents incorporated in section 1.4, constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerning the Service.

15.2 If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

15.3 A failure by Squsha to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

15.4 The User may not assign or transfer rights or obligations under these Terms. Squsha may assign these Terms to a successor operator of the Service on notice to the User.
