Client research,
under your name
Squsha turns a client's idea into a 20-section market report from live data in about eight minutes. The Consultant plan puts your logo and business name on every one — and delivers it to your client's inbox for you.

- Your market report on client portal software for accountants
Hi Dana,
Northwind Growth Partners has prepared your market report on client portal software for accountants. The PDF is attached, and the same report is online at the link below.

Anyone who answers “is this market worth it?” for a living
The plan is built for people who deliver research to someone else. The report is the evidence pack; the judgment on top of it is still yours.
Business & strategy consultants
A market overview, the competitors and their pricing, the audience, the gaps, the risks and a verdict — the groundwork under a recommendation, done before the kickoff call rather than after it.
Fractional CMOs & growth consultants
Persona, trending topics, recommended angles, competitor positioning and the pricing anchors the market already accepts — the inputs every plan you write starts from, refreshed monthly if you track the niche.
Accelerators, studios & advisors
A cohort of ideas, a report each, one afternoon. The score and the Build / Refine / Avoid verdict make the first meeting a discussion of evidence instead of enthusiasm.
Everything a client engagement needs, and nothing you have to explain
Every report has all twenty sections — including everything a free preview holds back, from Build Feasibility to the Pricing Recommendation and the 120-Day Roadmap. The plan adds the parts that make it a deliverable.
Your brand, not ours
Your logo and business name head every page of the PDF, the web viewer and the client portal. Inside the app, your workspace carries your name too. A small Powered by Squsha line in the footer is all that remains of us — see it on a sample.
Delivered to the client for you
Name the client when you generate. The finished report arrives in their inbox from “Your Business via Squsha” with the PDF attached and a portal link inside, and their reply comes to you. Prefer to read it first? Switch auto-send off and each report waits for one click.
A desk organised by client
Your reports list leads with the client's name, the topic beside it and the verdict at a glance — Build, Refine or Avoid — with send, share, track and download on every row. Search finds a client as easily as a topic.
Portal links you control
Every report has a branded web version at a link your client opens without signing in. Revoke it and the link goes dark; share again and the same URL works, so a client who lost the email is one click from the report.
Recurring evidence
Schedule a report for the day of the meeting, or track a niche and have it re-run every 30 days with what changed. Monthly tracking runs on your allowance, never on credits — a retainer deliverable that costs nothing extra.
Room for a practice
100 reports a month, each about eight minutes from brief to PDF, each drawing on the same live sources: search, Trends, YouTube, Reddit, Quora, X, Hacker News, Indie Hackers, Product Hunt, GitHub, the App Store, G2, Trustpilot, TechCrunch, the US Census and BLS, Statistics Canada and SEC EDGAR.
From the client's brief to their inbox
Four steps, one of which is waiting.
Brief it
Paste the client's idea in their own words, add the client's name and email, and accept the search phrase the review derives from the brief.
About a minuteLet it run
Live requests to every source, each competitor's own pricing page opened and read, the numbers measured in code, then the analysis written on top.
About eight minutesRead the verdict
The report lands on your desk with its score and verdict. Read it, share the portal link, or hold it back if you'd rather add your own note first.
Your callIt reaches the client
PDF attached, portal link inside, your name on the envelope, replies to you. Tracking the niche? Next month it runs again and shows what moved.
AutomaticTwo working days of desk research, per client
A report does not think for you. It does the part that takes the time: finding, reading, checking and writing up what the market already says.
Done by hand, one client's market research means roughly:
- Search, Trends and YouTube for what people actually ask — and how that has moved
- Reddit, X, Hacker News and Indie Hackers threads, Quora questions, GitHub issues and App Store reviews, read for complaints and wishes — then grouped
- A competitor roster built from live results, each one's pricing page opened and read
- Census, BLS, Statistics Canada and EDGAR for a market size — or an honest “nobody measured this”
- A persona, the gaps, the risks, a feasibility read and a pricing anchor, written up so a client can read it
Your month, in hours
Change any figure — these are starting points, not claims.
One plan, nothing hidden
Quoted in your currency, exactly as the checkout will charge it. No setup fee, no per-client fee, no seat fee.
- 100 reports a month, all 20 sections
- White-label PDF, web viewer and client portal — your logo and name
- Client delivery — emailed to the client under your name, PDF attached
- Scheduled reports and monthly tracking, on the allowance
- Cancel any time from Billing; access runs to the end of the paid period
- 14-day full refund on a first subscription with three reports or fewer
Checkout is on the pricing page. Card, PayPal and local methods via Paddle · refund terms
Two ways to pay for a report. Below the plan, buy them one at a time — a credit never expires and gets the same twenty sections, without the branding or the delivery.
- One report, bought on its own—
- One report on the plan, at 100 a month—
- One report on the plan, at 10 a month—
- Annual, per month—
The calculator above puts your own numbers against it.
What the plan doesn't do
You are putting your name on this. These are the three things to know first.
It doesn't replace your judgment
The score is arithmetic — four dimensions read from live data, plus a quarter counted from the checked evidence — and the verdict follows it. A low score is a reason to look harder, not a conclusion — and your client is paying for the conclusion.
It doesn't invent a number
Market sizes come from government data points computed in code, or the report prints Not measured. That is the right answer more often than a client expects, and you will sometimes have to say so.
It isn't invisible
The document is yours; the email envelope says via Squsha and the footer says Powered by Squsha. Sending from your own domain isn't available yet.
The full account of how a report is built, and what it cannot tell you, is on the About page.
Before you start
Will my client see Squsha anywhere?
Your logo and business name head every page of the PDF and the web portal, in place of ours. A small “Powered by Squsha” line sits in the footer, and the email arrives from “Your Business via Squsha” with replies going to you. The document is yours; the envelope says who carried it.
Does my client need an account?
No. The portal link opens without a sign-in, and the PDF is attached to the email. Nothing asks your client to register, and nothing about them is stored beyond the name and address you typed.
Can I send the report myself instead?
Yes. Turn automatic delivery off in Settings and each finished report waits in My Reports with a mail button, so you can read it first and send it when you are ready. You can also download the PDF and send it any way you like.
What if I don't name a client?
Then it is an ordinary report in your list. The client name and email are optional on every report, so research for your own practice sits next to client work without being mailed anywhere.
Do unused reports roll over?
No. The plan includes 100 reports a month and the count resets monthly. For an irregular month there are one-off report credits, which never expire.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the Billing page. Access runs to the end of the period you have paid for and the reports stay in your account. If it is your first Consultant subscription and you have run three reports or fewer, you can cancel within 14 days for a full refund — the refund policy has the exact terms.
Can the email come from my own domain?
Not yet. Today the message is sent from Squsha's address with your business name in front of it, and the Reply-To is your own address, so a client who answers reaches you directly.
Put your name on the research.
One plan, 100 reports a month, every one of them yours.
